The Company means Gagan Communications

  1. Rs. 500/- charges will be charged in case of cheque bounce.
  2. All payments are non refundable in nature taken for Installation of connection
  3. All Rules prevailing from TRAI and DOT are applicable as they are updated by the Relevant Government authorities time to time on their website and via notice/ circulars/ printed in media etc.
  4. All Rental charges do not include any form of major Cable cut, change in wire due to wear and tear, theft and other form of damages.
  5. The Company has the right to issue and include Cable repair charges time to time in the bill or as separate Invoice otherwise.
  6. The Company has the right to disconnect, shut down temporary and or permanent, any Customers connection due to non-payment of bill or otherwise.
  7. The Company is bound under the laws as per DOT guidelines for UL VNO Category B Access Service License Agreement.
  8. The Company is a Licensee of DOT under #7 agreement
  9. The Company has the right to disconnect the Telephone Line Connection after the Due date due to Non Payment.
  10. Any Form of Dispute will be settled in the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
  11. The Customer is liable to pay the charges before the Due date otherwise Late fee Penalty charges will be levied upon the party.
  12. The Disconnection of the party can only happen once ALL PENDING DUES are cleared.
  13. Any form of Credit / Advance payment paid by the Customer will be refunded / adjusted after the deduction of the taxed / License fee paid to the Government.
  14. The Company has the right to form / update the billing tariffs & Charges as and when required.
